Children's Church
Esther and I invite all to children's church. We have exciting plans for the children. We want parents to feel secure that their children are in a safe, Godly learning environment while they get ministered to. There are exciting plans for VBS-Wildwood Forest by David C. Cook. Plans for around Christmas time are to get involved with Operation Christmas Child-Samaritan's Purse with Franklin Graham to make shoebox gifts then wrap them up and they get mailed around the world to underprivileged children. We feel the basis for Christian growth starts when the children are young. Proverbs says train up a child. Want to thank those of you who have been volunteering your time to help and to encourage others to take the opportunity of serving. You will be blessed! Pastor Annette & Pastor Esther
Encounter Group
I hope that many of us will be able to attend the Spirit Encounter at Pastor Aaron and Esther's house on May 7-9. It will be a great time. I look forward to getting together to study God's Word, pray and fellowship. Pastor Dan

Pastor Dan's 1st Post
Greetings in the name of Jesus! I created this blog so that you, a member of Ephesians 4 International Church would have a place to go and make a record of your day to day walk with Jesus. We are part of what God is doing in the Chicagoland area. As I look back over the last couple of years, I can see God's hand working in soooo many lives (especially mine). It has been a challenging and rewarding time. I look forward to many more years with my "Chicago Family."

Baby Dedication Day
Tim and Christine Huber (Esther's step father and mother) were here yesterday and we had a baby dedication for Pastor Aaron and Esther's new baby Amanda Grace (Gracie). Also, Esther's cousin Tim was here from Minnesota. We had a wonderful service. Tim Huber shared a very timely message on how the trials and tribulations that we experience can be used to minister to others. This is the first post on the Ephesians 4 Blog and we hope that you will find encouragement here. This is our prayer for you, the E4IC Disciple: Ephesians 1:15-23 (NIV) 15 For this reason, ever since I heard about your faith in the Lord Jesus and your love for all the saints, 16 I have not stopped giving thanks for you, remembering you in my prayers. 17 I keep asking that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the glorious Father, may give you the Spirita of wisdom and revelation, so that you may know him better. 18 I pray also that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which he has called you, the riches of his glorious inheritance in the saints, 19 and his incomparably great power for us who believe. That power is like the working of his mighty strength, 20 which he exerted in Christ when he raised him from the dead and seated him at his right hand in the heavenly realms, 21 far above all rule and authority, power and dominion, and every title that can be given, not only in the present age but also in the one to come. 22 And God placed all things under his feet and appointed him to be head over everything for the church, 23 which is his body, the fullness of him who fills everything in every way.
